     The April 2016 Herb Hays Furniture Quality Service Award winner is Southern Exposure. On Wednesday, April 6th a group of community leaders, Chamber board members and Chamber staff recognized Southern Exposure for their dedication and commitment to community involvement.  
     




    The Herb Hays Furniture Quality Service Award recognizes a local business or organization each month for their commitment to the community, consistent customer satisfaction, and for meeting customer needs many times going above and beyond to satisfy customers or clients. Named after the late Herb Hays, a local businessman and former owner of Herb Hays Furniture who set an example of great customer service and commitment to community that has been handed down to his family who continue to operate Herb Hays Furniture in Hopkinsville, KY.

    What it takes to win the Herb Hays Furniture Quality Service Award

    The Quality Service Award recognizes Chamber members across all sectors that deliver outstanding 'above and beyond' service to each and every customer.  Nominations are submitted by the community, and the monthly winner is selected by the Chamber Ambassadors. In addition to being recognized in the monthly Chamber newsletter, winners receive a framed certificate to display at their location.

    - Acknowledgement and greeting
    - Efficient handling of customer requests 
    - Selling skills
