Residential Enterprise Zone

The Residential Enterprise Zone (REZ) is an incentive put in place by the Hopkinsville City Council to create an environment to foster residential development in and around the City of Hopkinsville. The REZ helps implement desired land use patterns and reduces the possibility of urban sprawl. The REZ is available in the areas highlighted in the accompanying map. The REZ incentives are outlined in the documents contained in this link.
