The Medical Center provides medi­cal and surgical care for adult and pediatric patients, as well as Intensive Care, Coronary Care and Progressive Care Units to a service population of 188,000 people in the Hopkinsville-Western Kentucky region. With a vision of superior healthcare for the community, Jennie Stuart Medical Center provides inpatient, outpatient, emer­gency, rehabilitation, and home health medical services.

The Medical Center campus includes a not-for-profit community hospital, the E.C. Green Cancer Center, a walk-in Convenient Care Center, a Home Health agency, as well as physician office buildings. Over 100 active, emergency, affiliate and senior physicians, as well as allied health professionals representing an array of medical specialties serve on the Jennie Stuart Medi­cal Center medical staff. Some of our ancillary capabilities include accredited medical imaging for MRI, mammography, and ultrasound, as well as certified medical imaging for CT, nuclear medicine and bone densitometry.

The Medical Center also offers peripheral vascular imag­ing, cardiac catheterization, interventional and invasive radiology, sleep diagnostics, accredited clinical and anatomical laboratory, acute renal dialysis, chemotherapy, cardiac rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, physical therapy, anticoagulation clinic, wound healing, certified breastfeeding consultation, and comprehensive women’s services.

The Trover Clinic is one of eight satellite service clinics of Trover Health System, based in Madisonville, Kentucky. The walk-in facility provides primary medical care with extended hours in the evenings and on weekends.


Western Kentucky Ambulatory Surgery Center

The Western Kentucky Ambulatory Surgery Center provides outpatient surgeries that do not require a hospital admission. The Center’s focus is to make a patient experience as pleasant as possible. Highly trained staff and surgeons combine state-of-the-art equipment and compassion to provide patients with the highest quality care. They provide a variety of sophisticated surgical procedures including ear, nose and throat, general surgery, cataract surgery, orthopedic, podiatry and plastic surgery.
