The Focus 21st Century model program is designed to enhance the leadership skills, networking abilities and resourcefulness of minorities. This will improve community’s “human capital” and enable further development from within.

Participants must commit to nine months of training, reflecting, projects and scrutiny for successful graduation. Afterwards, they are expected to be available give some of their time, energy and resourceful to community boards and committees, especially the inner-city.
