The Diplomats exist to enhance member participation in Chamber of Commerce activities and to serve as the liaison between the Chamber membership and the Board of Directors. As a part of this mission, Diplomats ensure that the needs of the membership are addressed.

How to Be a Diplomat
The Diplomats meet monthly to learn about the Chamber of Commerce and to discuss their program of work. The cost for is $36.00 every six months to cover the cost of lunch during the monthly meeting.

Diaper Drive 2012
The Diplomat Committee held a Diaper Drive benefitting Alpha Alternative Pregnancy Care Center in February 2012. We collected and delivered over 17 packs of diapers and 20 packs of wipes!! Representatives from Alpha Alternative were OVERJOYED with the supply of diapers and wipes donated.

2011 Salute Week Chili Cook-Off
The Diplomat Committee hosted an Italian Ice Booth and raffle for a Cracker Barrel Rocking Chair at the 2011 Salute Week Chili Cook-Off. We were able to raise $200.00 on behalf of the Diplomat Committee, to be used for future community and membership projects. On behalf of Military Affairs we were able to raise $571.00 by the sale of raffle tickets for the Cracker Barrel Rocking Chair. What a fun day!!
2011 Alzheimer’s Walk
The Diplomat Committee Participated in the 1st Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Christian County in October.
